1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on our website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and change pricing at any time. All quotes are subject to confirmation and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to refuse any order. All orders are subject to our acceptance and confirmation. Confirmation will be provided via email or phone within one working hour.

6. Delivery & Risk Transfer

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Product Quality & Warranty

All products meet stated specifications and industry standards. Products are sold "as-is" after delivery. Claims for defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We do not accept returns except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Filterland Oil and Gas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

9. Safety & Compliance

Buyer is responsible for proper handling, storage, and use of all products in accordance with applicable laws and safety regulations. All required safety data sheets (SDS) are provided with deliveries.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
